Our Structure

The GFM Group itself isn'ta legal entity, but rather a collection of three legitimate legal entities. Which one is responsible for your data depends on which site or product you're using.

Graffix, as parent, may receive aggregated or summary data from its subsidiaries for corporate and financial purposes. Please do not contact Graffix regarding data privacy concerns; instead, reach out to the appropriate subsidiary.

Information We Collect

What You Give Us

  • Contact details: name, email, and anything you include in a message or form
  • Account information: username, hashed password, and profile details, for products that require login
  • Event and ticketing information for Graffix Events registrations
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor (we don't store full card numbers ourselves)

What We Collect Automatically

  • Device and usage data: browser, OS, general usage patterns.
  • Log data: IP address and timestamps, kept by our hosting and network infrastructure.
  • Analytics data: through our own first-party analytics (see below).
  • Gameplay and product-usage data for FuturEntertainment products

How We Use It

  • Run our sites, games, products, and events
  • Create accounts and fulfill orders or ticket purchases
  • Respond to you and, if you've opted in, send updates or marketing
  • Improve our products based on usage
  • Keep our systems secure and prevent abuse
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. Any information collected by us is held with us.

Cookies & Analytics

We built and run our own first-party analytics rather than defaulting to third-party trackers. Strictly necessary cookies (login, security) don't need a prompt. Anything beyond that (such as analytics) only runs with your consent, set through our cookie banner that is changeable anytime. Blocking non-essential cookies won't break core site functionality across the board.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We partially share it with only:

WhoWhy
Internal teamsWe build and maintain basic profiles of our users to help create a more unified experience across the board. This is why you are able to sign in via one account across all three companies.
Third-party providersWe utilize some third-party services in key areas we are not equipped to handle ourselves. Because of this, your data may be shared with these providers to the extent necessary for them to perform their services.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of a GFM entity. Information may be shared internally among the three companies for business and financial purposes.

Retention

We keep data only as long as we need it (to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes) then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and restricted access to our systems. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

Our general sites aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data without parental consent. Some parts of our sites are intended for 18+ as well. If a specific product and/or service is aimed at a younger audience, that product will have its own notice about additional protections.

Your Rights

Because FuturEntertainment and Melior Industries are California companies, California residents can ask to know, delete, or correct their personal information, and can opt out of sale or sharing (we don't currently sell or share data for advertising). Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under other laws, like the GDPR. Contact us below to make a request.
