Hi there! Welcome to The GFM Group's Privacy Center! This policy explains how The GFM Group — Graffix LLC and its operating subsidiaries, FuturEntertainment LLC and Melior Industries LLC — collects, utilizes, and protects information across our websites, products, games, and events. One policy applies across all three companies, however the company-specific sections cover what's particular to each one. You also agree that our Privacy Center is the entire agreement between you and The GFM Group regarding your use of our sites and products, superseding any prior agreements. They may change at any point in time, and by continuing to use our sites or products after a change, you accept the updated policy. Please do note that The GFM Group is not a legal entity, but rather an informal brand name for the collection of actual companies including Graffix, FuturEntertainment, and Melior Industries. These policies are enforced by Graffix.
The GFM Group itself isn'ta legal entity, but rather a collection of three legitimate legal entities. Which one is responsible for your data depends on which site or product you're using.
| Entity | Role | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Graffix | Parent company | Brand, corporate site, trademarks |
| FuturEntertainment | Entertainment subsidiary | Games, Audios, Events, Films, Animation, FX |
| Melior Industries | Engineering subsidiary | Engineering, Labs |
Each subsidiary is responsible for data collected through its own sites and products. Graffix, as parent, may receive aggregated or summary data from its subsidiaries for corporate and financial purposes. Please do not contact Graffix regarding data privacy concerns; instead, reach out to the appropriate subsidiary.
We do not sell your personal information. Any information collected by us is held with us.
We keep data only as long as we need it (to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes) then delete or de-identify it.
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and restricted access to our systems. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Our general sites aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data without parental consent. Some parts of our sites are intended for 18+ as well. If a specific product and/or service is aimed at a younger audience, that product will have its own notice about additional protections.
Because FuturEntertainment and Melior Industries are California companies, California residents can ask to know, delete, or correct their personal information, and can opt out of sale or sharing (we don't currently sell or share data for advertising). Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under other laws, like the GDPR. Contact us below to make a request.
As the parent company, Graffix mostly handles brand, trademark, and corporate matters. In general, it collects less consumer data than its subsidiaries. The data it does collect includes contact-form submissions, general site analytics, and correspondence about trademarks or partnerships.
Covers games (account info, gameplay and usage data, in-product purchase data), audio content (listener analytics, music-licensing correspondence), events (registrant and attendee info, ticket confirmations, check-in records), and film/animation/FX work (talent and vendor contacts, audience analytics on published content).
Covers R&D data, tool usage, etc. Anything covered by a separate research or participant agreement follows that agreement's own terms instead.
Reach out to whichever company's site or product your question is about.
