Hi there! Welcome to the GFM Group's Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the websites, products, games, and events operated by the GFM Group — Graffix LLC and its operating subsidiaries, FuturEntertainment LLC and Melior Industries LLC. By using any of our sites or products, you agree to these terms; the company-specific sections below add anything particular to that company. You also agree that our Terms & Conditions is the entire agreement between you and The GFM Group regarding your use of our sites and products, superseding any prior agreements. They may change at any point in time, and by continuing to use our sites or products after a change, you accept the updated terms. Please do note that The GFM Group is not a legal entity, but rather an informal brand name for the collection of actual companies including Graffix, FuturEntertainment, and Melior Industries. These terms are enforced by Graffix.
By accessing or using any GFM website, product, game, or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Center. If you don't agree, please don't use our sites or products. Where a specific product has its own additional terms (for example, an event's ticketing terms or a game's end-user license), those apply alongside this document.
The GFM Group itself isn't a legal entity, but rather a collection of three legitimate legal entities. Which one you're interacting with depends on which site or product you're using.
| Entity | Role | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Graffix LLC | Parent company | Brand, corporate site, trademarks |
| FuturEntertainment LLC | Entertainment subsidiary | Games, Audios, Events, Films, Animation, FX |
| Melior Industries LLC | Engineering subsidiary | Technologies, Labs |

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California as well as the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, given the formations of the companies in those states. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in California, unless a specific product's terms state otherwise.
We may update these terms as our entities, products, and practices evolve. We'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page, and for material changes, we'll provide additional notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of our sites or products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
As the parent company, Graffix's own site mostly serves brand, trademark, and corporate information. General acceptable-use, intellectual-property, and liability terms above apply in full.
Games may carry their own end-user license and in-game code of conduct; virtual items or currency have no cash value unless stated otherwise and aren't redeemable for real money. Events tickets are subject to the venue's and event's own entry conditions and any refund/exchange policy shown at purchase. Audios, Films, Animation, and FX content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing or listening unless a separate license is granted.
Business clients and partners engaging Melior Technologies may be subject to a separate master services agreement or order form, which controls over these general terms where the two conflict. Beta or early-access participants in Melior Labs programs are subject to that program's own participation agreement, including any confidentiality obligations.
